What makes a good photo?+
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole face visible. Avoid heavy filters, very dark shadows or tiny subjects. We’ll check whether the photo suits your chosen craft before confirming the project.
What will I receive?+
A personalized digital pattern with craft-specific instructions. The included charts, templates and material guides depend on your chosen type. You make the finished project yourself; materials and physical products are not included.
Which crafts can I choose?+
Choose from cross-stitch, punch needle, crochet, hand embroidery, paper crafts, and quilting & patchwork. Crochet requests focus on flat portrait cushions; paper and quilting use layered or appliqué designs. We’ll agree a manageable level of detail and confirm suitability for your photo before payment.
How much does it cost and when do I pay?+
The personalized-pattern service is $39. Once ordering opens, we’ll review your photo and confirm the project first, then provide the payment link. No payment is taken on this page today.
When will my pattern be ready?+
We’ll confirm the delivery date after checking your photo and selected craft, before you pay. This is a custom design service, not an instant photo converter.
Are these photographs of finished samples?+
The examples are styled, AI-generated previews of possible finished projects. They help you choose a direction; they are not production-tested patterns or photographs of physically made samples.
What happens to my uploaded photo?+
In this preview version, your photo stays in your browser and is cleared when you leave or reload the page. No request is sent. Upload storage and the request service will be connected before orders open.
